How can I get to Venice?
In few minutes by car not far from us a comfortable small train will take you to St.Lucia Station in the historical centre of Venice within 18 minutes.
I do not succeed in booking on line.
When the room availability is very limited we stop on line bookings related to those specific periods, in order to avoid unpleasant overbooking situations, so we suggest you to phone us and verify if actually there are still available rooms.
I am intolerant of some food I cannot eat
In case of foodstuffs intolerances, as far as possible, we always try to prepare menus according to the indications received by our guests, with whom we use to agree in advance on what kind of food they can or cannot eat; as an alternative, if need be, we can cook particular food for you, we have been previously supplied with.
I have problems in walking
The whole building has no physical obstacles and we have a room equipped for the disabled; please let us know your needs at booking time.
I would like to bring my friend pet with me.
Small size animals, except in the restaurant hall, can, with no problems, enter the hotel. We just beg you to let us know in advance.
At what time can I check-in and check-out?
You can check-in from 2.00 p.m. and check-out within 11.00 a.m. Our guests can, in any case, leave their luggage at our reception.
Can I check-in if I arrive late in the evening? What languages do you speak at the reception?
Yes, you can, our reception is open 24 hours a day and we speak Italian, English, French and German.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Bancomat.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel, with no extra charge, your booking until 24 hours before your arrival. In case of cancellation after this term, or if you do not arrive, you will pay just the price of one night.
Has the hotel got a car park?
Yes, our hotel has got a private free car park.
I prefer not to insert the numbers of my credit card, can I book in a different way?
Yes, you can fax us the data of your credit card or pay by a credit transfer the price of the first night.
Is the price of rooms meant to be per person or per room?
All prices are meant to be per room per night. The possible variation of the number of people for each booked room or regarding other not previously planned services could require extra charge.
What happens when I book?
Your booking ends with the visualisation of a summarizing page showing your Booking Code we suggest you to print and keep with you. The actual successful conclusion of your booking is granted after receiving our confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive our confirmation e-mail within a short time after your booking conclusion, we beg you to contact directly our hotel.
What happens if I arrive late at your hotel?
Each booking, being granted by credit card, is always maintained for the first booked night, thus your arrival can take place at any hour of your planned arrival day. The cost of the first night is thus always charged to your credit card in case of missed arrival or deferred arrival without notice within cancellation terms.
Are tourist taxes included?
Except where differently explicitly indicated, taxes (VAT and services) are always included in the total price resulting from your inquiry.
Do I have to pay on line?
No, you don’t. You will not be asked for any payment in advance. Your booking is granted by your credit card which can be charged just in case of missed arrival or of modification/cancellation after the terms indicated by each hotel. The cancellation terms ‘Cancellation Policy’ are clearly indicated in the booking form and the confirmation e-mail we will send you.
