“Feel the love at Antico Mulino”

  breakfast coffee at the antico mulino Four of us drove from Switzerland to stay at the Antico Mulino.
We decided that Scorzè was a good place to stay if we wanted to visit Venice.
I could not be happier with our choice.The Antico Mulino is perfectly situated
for visits to Venice.
It is a 10 minute drive to the train station (which has free parking)
and the trains run regularly into Venice. This arrangement was very convenient.
The folks at the Antico Mulino are extremely friendly and welcoming.
On several occasions they went out of their way to make our stay
with them comfortable. The restaurant was very good, so good that
we opted to eat lunches and dinners there. Stefano is a fantastic host
and I recommend that you ask his advice on the local wines,
you will not be disappointed. He is very well versed on the local food and wine.
The hotel is very clean and charming. It was apparently the childhood home of
Stefano,and you can feel the love when you are there. Stefano treats you as though
you are a guest in his home. That is how welcome we felt.I would not look
further than Antico Mulino if you are looking to stay in the area
or visiting Venice.Thanks Stefano and everyone else at Antico Mulino
for a fantastic stay in yourhotel and for the marvelous meals in the restaurant.

Four of us stayed and ate for 2 nights in Sept this year while touring the area.Very friendly staff,comfortable rooms and an excellent restaurant with interesting wine list.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and reasonably sized. All in all we would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is ideal for those driving to Venice. The train station is close and we parked
the car for 3 euros. Then took the train (only one stop) into Venice for 1 1/2 euro per
person. Make sure you validate your ticket and have it stamped before getting on the
train to avoid a fine. Saved a lot on parking near Venice. The staff here is so helpful
and gracious. The breakfast is a full continental served in a beautiful room.
Our rooms were clean, modern, just a bit small (we were three adults so the room
needed an extra bed) but we had a balcony that overlooked the water.
Also had satellite TV so we could watch English news. The front desk clerk
recommended a terrific pizzeria for dinner. The little town of Scorze is very clean and
friendly and not an industrial suburb of Venice which was a big plus for us. All in all,
our stay couldn’t have been more perfect.

We stayed here for a night after a late evening flight into Treviso. Friendly staff, very nice and romantic restaurant and clean room. Would come back here again or recommend it to others
